Social event: Community tree planting

Details: Our monthly social community-participation event. We’ll be helping out with the Waterloo Earth Day activities, helping to plant 1,000 trees at the Laurel Creek Conservation Area. A great chance to get out in nature and interact with others, as always this is a free event and open to all. Friends welcome!
Social event: Public Star Party

Details: Our monthly social community-participation event. Local astronomers will bring their telescopes and stargazing equipment for the public to enjoy. Free to attend, and we’re providing coffee. We’ll be the ones carrying the large Canadian flag - come say hello!
Please note that this event is weather-permitting. If the skies are cloudy or rainy, we’ll meet at the Coffee Culture on King St in uptown Waterloo at 8:30pm instead.
